The preferred pricing applies to any furnace, boiler or air conditioner product, however you will only get one discount during your term as a Rewards Member.
Can I get 15% off all Protection Plans that I enroll in, or just one?
This only applies to new enrollments for Heating Plus Protection Plans or Cooling Plus Protection Plans and the 15% discount applies to the entire duration of enrollment.

When are the contest draws?
The grand prize draws will occur March 2010 and December 2010 while the monthly draws begin Jan 2010 and will take place every month with the last one being drawn in December 2015.
What if I want a new tank within the 5 years?
Your Direct Energy water heater is built to last. If you have a service issue with your tank and it is determined that an exchange is required, we will complete that for you as per the terms of your rental agreement.
Will my rental contract change in any way?
No, your rental contract will not change in any way. You will continue to have the same great rates and reliable service you've come to expect from Direct Energy.
Will I get any preference in appointment availability/booking?
We value your business and as a Direct Energy Rewards member you get priority1 on all service related issues.
Can I get my complimentary maintenance anytime or is there a time limit?
Your one-time maintenance can be redeemed at any point in time during the 5 year period
Can I use the complimentary maintenance for equipment other than my furnace (eg. air conditioner, fireplace)?
Yes, you can transfer your maintenance to your A/C, Boiler, or Fireplace.
Can I opt out at any time / what if I switch to another service provider within 5 years?
You may opt out at any time however, if you have redeemed your maintenance offer you will be charged the retail price associated with that service.
What free protection plan is the draw for?
Heating PLUS Protection Plan free for 1 year, which includes breakdown protection and an annual maintenance.
Will I get $300 off a new furnace and a new air conditioner or just one of them?
You will receive up to $300 off the HVAC sales agreement one time during the loyalty period. One HVAC sales agreement can cover either or both an air conditioner and furnace.
How will I be notified if I win one of the prizes?
You will be contacted by phone or email.
If I already have maintenance coverage on a protection plan what am I eligible for?
You can transfer your maintenance to your A/C, Boiler or Fireplace, however you will not be provided a discount based on the retail value of the maintenance call.
If I move will I still be eligible to the outstanding offer?
When you move you will have to enroll into the loyalty program again, assuming you have a rental water heater at your new location.
